I came home from a yoga class today and I was craving something light and earthy to drink. I threw together a juice using everything green I had in my kitchen, plus some ginger.
3 celery stalks
1 (large) green apple, quartered
1/2 of a cucumber (I used an English one)
1 in chunk of ginger
a handful of basil
place ingredients in a juicer, and juice. serve immediately.
(yields approximately 8-10 oz.)
