spiced chickpeas

ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

directions:
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Place on a baking sheet, and pat them with a paper towel to remove excess water. Let them dry while oven is preheating.

Preheat oven to 400ºF. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil and spices. Transfer them back to the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until crispy.
