breakfast

greek yogurt, with a splash of vanilla & a drizzle of honey + toasted oats + fruit + nuts

Lately, I can't be bothered to make a fuss over breakfast, so this has been my go-to.

I'm not a fan of granola because of the sugar/fat content, so I've been toasting a few cups of dry oats at a time in the oven @ 350ºF for about 15 minutes.

Simple, healthy & so yummy.

  2. Yum! I've made home made granola a few times because I can control what goes in it. It's so good! But I'll have to try plain toasted oats...that sounds really good!

  6. Mmmm... that is like my dream breakfast. I would have to go with the store-bought oats though. I have a sugar addiction. :) Great photos!
